Peter and Meg bond during a college visit to Vermont. The two party all night resulting in Meg missing out on an important interview. Lois begins to worry that Peter is becoming too much of a distraction and warns Meg not to get too attached, but Meg is just happy to be getting positive attention from her father for the first time.

Peter discovers he can skip out of work by taking smoke breaks. He begins smoking to dodge other tasks and soon gets addicted. When he wakes up one day with sunken cheeks and gray skin, Lois pushes him to visit a smoking rehab clinic.

EP 16 Herpe the Love Sore

Stewie is fascinated by the blood oath in The Outlaw Josey Wales and begs Brian to perform the same ritual with him. After some nagging, Brian finally relents. They cut their palms and firmly shake hands, thus becoming blood brothers. The next morning, Stewie wakes up to find his lip has broken out with herpes sores.

EP 17 The Most Interesting Man in the World

Peter attends theater shows, museums, and other high culture events across the country. Eventually, he transforms into a sophisticated and scholarly individual.

With the Brown family moving back to Quahog, it looks like the old gang is reunited. But Peter's friendship with Cleveland is quickly put on hold when Donna and Lois butt heads over different parenting styles, and forbid them to see each other.
