By contacting us, you hereby acknowledge that your email, and any materials submitted with it, may be used in connection with the Adult Swim original production “The Call of Warr” (the “Program”), a program which is broadcast digitally on www.adultswim.com. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By emailing the Program you warrant and represent that your submission is your original work that does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by you, or which are subject to the rights of third parties, you shall obtain and shall be solely responsible for obtaining, prior to sending the submission, any and all written releases and consents necessary to permit the use, exploitation and exhibition of the submission on the Program or other television and digital media platforms of Adult Swim, its affiliates (including sister networks) and their licensees, and/or their respective advertisers and/or sponsors.

LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By emailing the Program, you grant Adult Swim a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse the submission(in whole or in part), including, without limitation, your name, voice, likeness, video, photo and biographical material, and any and all other materials transmitted by you in connection with the submission in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes (including in other programming or materials unrelated to the Program and/or in connection with third-party sponsors) without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to your or any third party, including, without limitation, on-air during the telecast of the Program and or in any episode of the Program distributed or broadcast in any media, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/GENERAL CONDITIONS: By emailing the Program, you agree that Adult Swim, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and/or sponsors and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and you will release, discharge, defend and hold Released Parties harmless from and against, any and all liabilities, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the use of any submission. You hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of your warranties, representations or agreements hereunder.

In addition to the uses outlined in these Terms and Conditions, Material submitted by you may be used in accordance with Adult Swim’s Privacy Policy.
