Who is my TV service provider?

The cable, satellite or telecommunications company that you pay a monthly subscription fee to in order to receive adult swim. Examples are Comcast, DirecTV, and AT&T.

How do I login?

Use the User Name and Password associated with your TV Service Provider account. If you don’t know your User Name and Password or don’t have one, or have trouble with the login, contact your TV Service Provider.

Is my login secure?

Your TV Service Provider Login is secured by your TV Service Provider. You will be redirected to your TV Service Provider’s login page to verify your account. Your TV Service Provider’s privacy policy covers your login and all interactions with your TV Service Provider. We do not collect and have no access to your TV Service Provider account information.

What devices can I use?

You can use Android Mobile and Tablet, IPhone, iPad, Roku, FireTV, and the web. Each device requires that you login with your TV Service Provider. Please check your TV Service Provider’s instructions to manage how many devices can be active at one time and how many streams of content can be simultaneous at one time.

How do I watch?

Choose your TV Service Provider and then login with your User Name and Password to access the available content.

Can I pay to watch?

Access to this content is available as part of your paid TV Service Provider package that includes a subscription to adult swim. There is no other payment required.

What if I can't find my TV Service Provider in the login list?

Access to this service is only available to customers of participating TV Service Providers who also subscribe to adult swim. Please check back soon to see if your TV Service Provider has been added.

What if my TV service provider and internet provider aren't the same? Which do I use to login?

Use your TV Service Provider Login (User Name and Password) to access this service.

What if I don't have a TV Service Provider

Access to this service is only available to customers of participating TV Service Providers who also subscribe to adult swim.

Can I watch outside the US?

Access to the service is only available to subscribers to adult swim that are located in the District of Columbia, the fifty United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

On-demand content in the form of full-length episodes from our network and an internet simulcast of adult swim.

Do I have to pay to watch the live internet simulcast of the television network?

Access to the live internet simulcast of adult swim is available as part of your paid TV Service Provider package that includes a subscription to adult swim.

What time zone is offered for the live internet simulcast of Adult Swim?

8pm-6am EST for East Coast feed and 8pm-6am PST for West Coast feed.

Is the same content available online as on-demand on my set-top box?

Not necessarily. Please check the listings.

How do I enable closed captioning if I access the programming on an application?

Use the video control button labeled "CC" Tap the "CC" button to turn closed captions on and tap the "CC" button again to turn closed captions off.

How do I enable closed captioning if I access the programming through my desktop web browser directly on the network's site?

To access closed captioning for online video programming available through this site, please mouse over the video while it is playing. If you see a button labeled "CC", click it. If a pop-up menu appears, select the "English" option. To turn closed captioning off, click the "CC" button. If a pop-up menu appears, select "CC Off."

Why aren't there captions in a program I accessed through this service?

Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (owner of adult swim) is actively working to expand closed captioning of its online video programming, including full compliance with all relevant FCC implementation timelines. More information about the FCC's online closed captioning requirements and timelines, including for archival content can be found here. Please note that certain software and equipment may not support closed captions at this time. Turner continues to work with its technology and distribution partners to enable this support wherever possible.
