As the guys go through Quagmire’s father’s old clothes, Peter finds a bunch of VHS tapes of a Korean soap opera called Winter Summer. It turns out Quagmire starred in the show years earlier while he was stationed in Busan with the Navy.

Peter gets arrested and charged with a hate crime after he shoots an intruder climbing into Cleveland's house.

After some questionable food choices, Peter accidentally soils himself at work. Ashamed, he heads home and finds all of his family and friends have gathered there. He thinks they're going to make fun of him, but they're actually there to deliver some sad news-his mother, Thelma, has passed away.

It's football season and the Patriots have just lost their tenth game in a row. A disgruntled Peter joins Quagmire, Joe, and Cleveland at The Clam to drink and complain about their home team. Peter suddenly has an epiphany while watching the post-game show: the teams that defeat the Patriots consistently thank God for carrying them to victory.
