Much like you might with a hyper-realistic horror movie, you occasionally have to remind yourself that The Office is just a show. And that when the cameras stopped rolling, Ricky Gervais and his cohorts all had a good laugh that probably wasn't at the expense of the most sensitive person in the room. And yet, just like you irrationally crave a good scare, you crave a good cringe too. You have issues.
